We are not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by incorrect address entries, carrier issues, or environmental factors such as heat exposure. All sales are final. We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
Processing & Shipping Times
We ship via UPS Ground. Orders are processed and dispatched within 4–10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Address Accuracy & Delivery Responsibility
Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us within 24 hours so we can update your address. Once your order has shipped, we are unable to make changes. If your package is sent to an incorrect address, we recommend creating a UPS My Choice account to manage delivery options.
The Nikki G Collection is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address information, and no refunds will be issued in such cases.
Heat Sensitivity Notice
Our luxurious shea butter products are sensitive to heat. To preserve their texture and quality, please ensure someone is available to receive your order upon delivery. If your product melts during transit, simply refrigerate it to re-solidify. Softening does not affect its skin-nourishing benefits.
