REFUND POLICY

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. Please note: For hygiene reasons, opened or used hygiene products are not eligible for return or exchange. Clothing accessories may be returned if they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. To initiate a return, contact us at info Nikki@thenikkigcollections.com or 800-381-9039 with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved and received, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Shipping costs for returns may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
